We know sometimes things just don't fit quite right, so we are happy to exchange any item within the first 14 days as long as it is in un-worn, like-new condition. As a small business, we ask that you please help us by adhering to our return policy listed below;
I live in Colorado...where can I make an exchange or return?
If you are local to the Colorado Springs area, the easiest way to exchange an item is to visit Paris Market Vintage at the Shops of Briargate near Briargate Blvd. & Interstate 25. Please bring a copy of your receipt (if you have one). Paris Market is able to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value regardless of whether you bought the item at Paris Market originally, or if you bought it through Much Ado's website or Facebook page.
Paris is not able to offer in-store credit for returns. If you purchased your item on Facebook or through the Much Ado website, we do offer account credit that you can use for future purchases. If you would prefer an account credit instead of an exchange, please drop your item at Paris Market in a bag marked "return" and include your name/email address (and invoice if available). We will pick up your item within a few days process your return for account credit. If you prefer, you can also mail your return to us at the address below. Please make sure the item includes your name, email address and order number (if available) so we can properly credit your account.
I live outside Colorado. What is the best way to return an item?
If you are located outside of Colorado Springs, you can mail your item back to us and we will issue you a credit you can use on your next purchase. Please carefully pack your item and mail to:

Please Note: Items shipped to us outside of the 14 day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be granted.
If you have an issue with an item and need info before making a return, please click on the Return Questions tab below (may look like an envelope icon on your mobile phone) to send our Returns Team a message. We will respond back and help find a solution.
Again, please remember that items damaged by rough wear or improper cleaning/washing/drying will not be accepted for return or refund. All other eligible return items will be credited back to your account for use on future purchases.
What About Clearance Items?
Much Ado Boutique has a "Clearance" section on our website. Because we are offering these items at significant discount, (usually 50% off or more) NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON CLEARANCE ITEMS....ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
