We know sometimes items don't fit quite right, so we are happy to exchange any item within the first 14 days after purchase as long as it is in un-worn, like-new condition. Much Ado Boutique also offers returns for store credit but does not offer refunds unless the item you received was defective. As a small business, we ask that you please help us by adhering to our return policy.
I live outside Colorado Springs or can’t make it to a local store. What is the best way to return an item?
If you are located outside of Colorado Springs or you can’t make it to a store, you can simply mail your item back to us and we will issue you a credit you can use on your next purchase online, or on our mobile app. Please carefully pack your item and mail to:

Please Note: Items shipped to us outside of the 14 day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged by improper laundering will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be granted.

I live in Colorado Springs...where can I make a return or exchange locally?
Much Ado Boutique products are carried locally in Colorado Springs by Paris Market Vintage at the Shops of Briargate.
Purchases made in-store at Paris Market can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is tracked within Paris Market’s computer system and is only redeemable for Much Ado products in-store at Paris Market. The credit does not work online with Much Ado or on our mobile app. (Since we are separate companies.)
Purchases made directly with Much Ado Boutique either online or through our mobile app can be exchanged in-store at Paris Market within 14 days of purchase online. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value (before tax) as Paris Market will not be able to provide store credit for any left-over balance. If you make an exchange for item(s) of greater value, you’ll pay the difference (plus tax) to Paris Market at the checkout.
Returns of online or mobile app purchases made directly with Much Ado Boutique can be dropped off at the Paris Market checkout. Please include your Much Ado invoice with your return so we can properly credit your account. The Paris Market team will pass your return to Much Ado Boutique for processing and we will issue online credit to your CommentSold account within a day or two.
What About Clearance Items?
Much Ado Boutique has a "Clearance" section on our website and mobile app. We also offer clearance items on our Live Sales from time to time. Because we are offering these items at significant discount, (usually 50%-70% off or more) NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON CLEARANCE ITEMS....ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL.
