Here's some general information on what you can expect:

 

• If you purchased an item from one of our Market Live sales, those items are on pre-order.

 

• Please note that while some of the items ship out immediately to us, other items may take 2 weeks - 2 months to arrive in our warehouse. Once we receive them in our warehouse, we process and ship them out within 48 hours.

 

• Your invoice will reflect your purchase total as we process and combine orders for pack & ship, but don't worry - that's only because we have the pre-ordered items marked as "Not Received" in our warehouse! You'll be notified as soon as we process, pack, and ship out your order! We hope this helps!
